March 4, 2000: Trust III

I trust spirit.
I am kept
in perfect peace.

My undisturbed mind
develops prayers
of love and faith.

The fruit of
the constant practice
of the presence,
is the spirit
of absolute good.

Spirit provides
for my every need.

I transform concern
into calm, quiet expectation
which knows:
all is well.

August 7, 2000:

Peace of Mind

I am calm, poised, and patient.
I have peace of mind because  
I know spirit is in charge.

The right solution 
for all that concerns me
is at hand right now.

Challenges are met
and overcome with ease.

The good desires of my heart
manifest in perfect ways.

All things work together
for my good
and the good of all around me.

I am unhurried and relaxed.
I exude an aura
of peace and goodwill.

I know in spirit,
there is only
the eternal now.

I do not force issues.
I let my goals and aspirations
unfold one at a time.

I accomplish all
that needs to be done
easily and efficiently.

I am in the right place
at the right time.

My body responds
to my sense of order
and perfect timing.

I enjoy each moment of ease,
this day.

Sept 3, 2000: Mind Control

I rule my thoughts.
I rule my world.

I know that power.
I exercise it and
my life changes for the good.

I turn the key.
I start the engine.

I let the power take me
where I want.

I am given authority
over my thoughts,
to lift myself out of
any depressive conditions.

I am in charge.

I rule my thoughts.
I rule my world.

Sept 18, 2000: Omnipresence

My body is spirit's vehicle
for moving soul
from point to point.

Spirit's love goes before me
and is in my body temple.

Life's sacred circle surrounds,
enfolds and enwraps me.

I am always in the midst
of spirit's holy omnipresence.

I am filled with faith and optimism.
I believe in healing.

I have the innate capacity
to overcome fear and pessimism.

Because I expect healing to take place,
I am cheerful and courageous

With a strong will,
I look beyond appearances,
to live a healthy and happy life

As I believe,
so shall it be.
So it is.

October 20, 2000: Inner Light

I pray for help
to be a light
and a blessing to others

I offer my hand
to those in need of friendship

I offer my heart
to those in need of love

I offer my understanding
to those in need of a listener

I offer my gentleness
to those who have been buffeted

I offer my comfort
to those who are bereaved

I offer my compassion
to all creation

I am a light in the world

I find many ways
to let my light shine.

November 14, 2000: Inner Strength

Spirit strengthens me with love.
Spirit moves my healing power.

I stand fast in my faith
not reacting to appearances.
My heart does not falter or fail.

Spirit stirs my will
for the days ahead.

My actions and efforts
are blessed with the success
of spirit's presence.
Spirit's love is my inner strength.

December 1, 2000: Spiritual Awakening

Spirit is born
anew in me.

I am made whole
in body and mind.

Spirit is the source of life,
the dynamic center
of my being.

I am alive and aglow
with the radiant vitality
of my inner life.

I faithfully outpicture
what I hold in consciousness.

I am a perfect dwelling place
for the spirit.

December 16, 2000: Joy II

The joy of spirit
gives me new zest
for living.

Joy is always within me
awaiting expression

No barriers prevent me
from being worthy
of spirit's joy

No postponement obstructs
my experience of joy

Through joy I access
ever present health,
strength and vitality

The joy of spirit brings
never ending delight
into my life.
