The understanding heart
sees spirit in all.

All want to be understood.

All are blessed 
with this capacity
to understand another.

I offer an understanding heart
and I am understood.

I bring warmth and rapport
to each person I meet.

I need not a reason.

I accept people as they are. 
I accept each's individuality.

I give thanks 
for a wise 
and discerning heart.

I meet change with equanimity
and evenness of mind
especially under stress.

I have the right disposition

Underneath it all
is my love holding me close.

I am not adrift but anchored,
safe and secure in my love.

A mighty power is at work
in all that concerns me.

Something good and wonderful awaits me
and that's all I need to know.

The miraculous happens
every time
I am receptive to it.

I open to
the light of understanding
and inspired ideas.

I take note of every expression,
every reminder
of love and blessing.
I renew my enthusiasm
for life and living.

I realize the miraculous
on every hand.

In all humility,
I greet the spirit of guidance.
I see the light of spirit
in all forms.

I see the love of spirit
in all beings.
I adore spirit's presence.
Spirit enlightens my being.

Spirit's message reaches far and wide
illuminating and making whole.
