Levels of Instruction:

Intro

An orientation to yoga required for admission to the Level 1-2 classes. Designed to meet the needs of complete beginners.

Level 1

On-going classes for beginners. Emphasis on developing the fundamental postures.

Experienced Beginners

An ideal class to make the transition from the Introductory classes to Level 1-2 as well, this class will accommodate those who prefer to review the basics.

Level 2

Introductory experience a pre-requisite. Basic postures are refined and intermediate poses are introduced.

Level 3

Emphasizes advanced standing postures, backbends, inversions and pranayama.

Gentle

For those who are currently under medical supervision being advised to do yoga.

Restorative

Now a monthly offering; a restful and supported practice to renew and restore physically and mentally.

Scoliosis

Learn to breathe fully, elongate, lengthen and de-rotate the spine, strengthen muscles, re-align the posture, and defy gravity through yoga asana and pranayama.

Men's

Addresses health issues specific to men and the ritual process.

Privates

Individual instruction with poses adjusted according to body type. Overcome limitations, address therapeutic concerns, relax and learn to center yourself.




Fees & Information:
Payment is due on or before the first meeting of class. No refunds will be given after the first class of a series.

Make-Up Policy:
Students are given a one-month grace period within which to schedule make-ups.

Attire:
Please wear shorts or footless leggings/yoga pants. It is important for the instructor to be able to see your knees and elbows. Long, baggy pants are not recommended. Bare feet and an empty stomach are essential. Jewelry and perfumes to a minimum.

Class Fees:

Initial Registration:

$25 per student, includes home study manual.

Series Rate:

$55 four classes (1x / week).
$100 eight classes (2x / week).
$115 ten classes (3x / week).
Note: Purchasing class packages depends upon having paid reg. fee + frequency of attendance as specified.

Extended Class Rate:

2.5 hour classes cost $25 each; regular class packages are not applicable.

Drop-in Rate:

$18 per class.

Senior Rate:

$10 per class (for people over 60 who have paid reg. fee - otherwise, $18 for drop-ins).
Seniors must purchase a minimum of four senior classes, no maximum. Senior classes do not expire.

Private Lessons:

$100 individual / $140 for 2 people.
