Levels of Instruction:

Intro

An orientation to yoga required for admission to the Level 1 classes. Designed to meet the needs of complete beginners.

Level 1

On-going classes for beginners. Emphasis on developing the fundamental postures.

Experienced Beginners

An ideal class to make the transition from the Introductory classes to Level 1-2 as well, this class will accommodate those who prefer to review the basics.

Level 2

Iyengar experience required. Basic postures are refined and intermediate poses are introduced.

Level 3

Emphasizes advanced standing postures, backbends, inversions and pranayama.

Gentle

For those who are currently under medical supervision being advised to do yoga.

Restorative

Traditional yoga postures are modified and supported to cultivate physiological relaxation, release tension, and rest deeply -- a great complement to an active yoga practice.

Privates

Individual instruction with poses adjusted according to body type. Overcome limitations, address therapeutic concerns, relax and learn to center yourself.




Fees & Information:
Payment is due on or before the first meeting of class. No refunds will be given after the first class of a series.

Make-Up Policy:
Students are given a one-month grace period within which to schedule make-ups.

Attire:
Please wear shorts or a leotard with footless tights. Long, baggy pants are not recommended. Bare feet and an empty stomach are essential. Jewelry and perfumes to a minimum.

Class Fees:

Initial Registration:

$25 per student, includes home study manual.

Series Rate:

$50 four classes (1x / week).
$92 eight classes (2x / week).
$105 ten classes (3x / week).
Note: Purchasing class packages depends upon having paid reg. fee + frequency of attendance as specified.

Drop Rate:

$16 per class.

Senior Rate:

$8 per class (for people over 60 who have paid reg. fee - otherwise, $16 for drop-ins).
Seniors need to buy a minimum of four classes.

Private Lessons:

$85 individual / $100 for 2 people.
