Welcome to the website for the Yoga Circle. We are an Iyengar yoga studio located in Chicago's River North area. We offer introductory classes for those new to yoga, as well as a wide range of classes and workshops for students who already have experience with yoga.

Yoga and the Dance of Life July 26
Yoga session followed by the dances of universal peace at Vie in Chicago - for over 35 years Gabriel has been a sacred dance leader. Initiated by the Sufis in 1970, he still carries on a tradition that believes in creating unity and harmony by singing and dancing in praise of the divine.
Pranayama: Energy and Tranquility August 24
The breath can be used to either charge the body with vitality or soothe the nerves with serenity. In this workshop you will learn how to use inhalation and exhalation to awaken the dormant potential that combines restfulness and alertness at the same time.
